What tips do you have on emotional intelligence that can be used in a relationship?
When you are in any type of relationship you need to look at it as a whole. You need to look at each relationship and see if you are really connected to them or not. When you get angry you need to see how long it takes for you to calm down.
With a relationship there are numerous types of stressful situations can occur and you need to understand how to control them. Once you pay attention to your gut feeling and understand why it is happening it can help you build a stronger relationship. This is how emotional intelligence is used to form a better relationship between you and your partner.
